/he replied, maintaining the politeness and wondering how unprofessional it would be to bring up his friend's past activities, in which he ended up engaging as well by affiliation. the female seemed quite relaxed, and if she was anything like she used to be, she might even find it curious or funny, but he also had to consider this was an official meeting under professional circumstances and on his first job too. he didn't want to ruin it./
I haven't gotten to know him much but he is quite impressive and seems to have a bright personality
/the male agreed, lips stretching into an acknowledging smile at the woman's obvious admiration for the thai boy. the girl strikes up a conversation as she goes through his notes and he quietly clears his throat before replying, keeping up the smile even if she isn't facing him/

/he answers ligtly before using both hands to hand the male trainee files he'd compiled to the ex-idol. he'd only joined the company quite recently, so although he had gotten to meet and manage the younger boy for a short while, the CFO must've been much more familiar with him/

*greets when she sees your face poke in, the name sounding rather familiar as it rolls of her tongue, but with so much time passed, not quite placing your matured features quite yet* Please please, come in. Can I offer you anything to drink?

He had been well aware when he accepted that job that the company was owned by ex-idols, specifically, two girls whose concerts he'd been present at multiple times for quite a few years during their career peak. He hadn't been working here for too long and maybe that's why this was the first time he was getting to meet Seohyun face to face after so long. Part of him feels he should've been nervous, not only at their past situation, even if she was unlikely to even remember him, but also as it was his first work meeting with one of his higher-ups and yet, Seungwoo's bright nature kept him cheerful and even a little eager as he brought his hand up to knock on the girl's door/
Miss Seo? May I come in?

*despite that, she still had a second coffee to pound through to wake up, having been rehearsing the comeback after a hefty day of paperwork*

Absolutely not. Hyunjung was a great manager for you, but as she's now been fully assigned to DIA, she's got her hands more than full. We thought our soloists deserved someone who could serve them their full attention.

She was pulling out folders of information that they'd compiled on Ohm, as well as all her notes, and the things she wanted to tackle, spreading them out before her in meticulous order, with the edges lined up, and the centimeter gaps between the sheets as even as possible.

"Yes, you, debuting solo. Correct! Ding ding ding! And we've got lots of things we have to discuss for your debut. There are lots of plans in motion, and you are to be a part of lots of them! First things first, we need to decide what you want to release for your debut album. A single? A mini album? A full album? Whatever the case, you need to have one of your headlining songs be in Korean, because of course, we plan to promote you in Korea. The rest of the album language is entirely your choice."

She flips through a few page, checking off some of her list items. "Oh! And to help with your promotion and to build your image, the team has also decided that you'll be the lead actor in DIA's comeback MV. The track is called Excuse Me and your background in acting makes you the perfect candidate. I do hope your still comfortable being on screen." Seohyun inhaled a quick gasp, having rambled on so long that she'd forgotten to breathe. She used the reminder to sip at her tea, grounding herself back and looking to the new protoge across from her. "So... Thoughts? Ideas? Commentary? ... Complaints?"

she looked like a powerful lady that could end his career in mere minutes- well his non existent kpop career anyways. his heart was pounding in his ribcage violently as he shifted from one foot to the other as he stood awaiting and expectant of /something/. However that something wasn’t what he thought it was.

the word debut slipped past her lips and crashed right into him. “what?” he asks in disbelief, slowly shuffling over and sitting in the chair in front of the ceo. “Me? debuting? solo? r-really? oh my god!” a large smile takes over his face bringing his hands up to rest on top of his head. “Oh my god,” he repeats, deflating into the cushioned seat.

@✵ ohm pawat⁻ᵗʳᵃᶦⁿᵉᵉ Seohyun had been more than prepared for this meeting. After conferencing with the team, they had finally established what their next plan was. And she was in charge of putting it into motion. So, of course, she dressed in her best pant power suit, got her hair and makeup all done, and waited with a hot tea in her hands, back to the door. It was Ohm's voice that swiveled her around with a wide smile.

"Ohm! Please, take a seat! Help yourself to the candy on the desk. Can I offer you a beverage? Tea? Coffee?" She yanked open the door to the mini fridge on the left of her desk. "Gingerale? Mango juice?"

It was only when she caught the nervous hunch of the other's shoulders that her brain reeled back to the e-mail. Tiffany was always telling her she was too dry, too cut and point when she communicated via text and e-mail. Maybe she hadn't exactly gotten the "excitement!" point across. Smiling sheepishly, she lowered her mug to the desk and pulled up a seat herself, crossing one leg over the other and lacing her fingers overtop the desk.

"I suppose you're wondering why I brought you here. You can wipe that scared little look off, though, because I am here to discuss your debut. So, please, take a seat~ I have much to discuss with DSF's next solo artist."

He managed to get there in record time long less practically sprinting from the practice room. He hesitates outside the door unsure what this urgent and important business could be. he paces back and forth with hands on his until he gathers the courage to knock and then turn the metal knob opening the door. He pokes his head in first and then fully steps in with a respectful bow
