@♡ blinded_quokkaᵐ “quoks!” it almost took everything in tiger to not respond with her usual caliber of jest that was prominent in every other chat space both her and quokka were in. but in all honesty, it had been the fruition of an idea that simply egged her on to be at her best behaviour. and almost, a little too well. “my god, i thought the day would honestly never come?” an elongated sigh escaped past her lips that channelled the start of her dramatics as she slowly sinks further into her seat, with the back of her hand against her head.

“you could probably even say i’ve been dreaming about it my whole life, you precious muncher (of hearts).. you!” she then forced out, a chuckle bubbling through especially when it dawns upon her just how much time of torment was impending. “lucky me, i think i could go on for hours just learning about you– but that might be a little crazy. speaking of though, what /is/ the craziest thing you’ve ever done? i kind of never just pictured you as the type to have a wild side, but i could be wrong!”

@♡ blinded_tigerᶠ feigned shock was quokka’s initial reaction when being paired with the feline. it was amusing, stimulating, and frustrating all at once how the production crew knew who to select to get underneath his skin. If he had to describe their relationship he’d use three emojis that are all portrayed as a devil in its reddest font. now, don’t get him wrong. if he was going to spend the entire week bantering with the opposite , he was going to make it good reality television. he knew how he felt about tiger on the surface, but he was also curious to see how that farce of a feisty persona might crack under pressure. the pressure… of being alone with him.

oh boy, this was going to be something.

entering the enclosure like prey in a lion’s den (in this case tiger), the male whimsically clears his throat to signal his arrival to the woman on the other side. voice, still very much distorted, quokka chuckles softly and calls out to the feline in a teasing tone, “lil rawrstar, aren’t you glad we get to spend some quality time together?” he takes a seat on the furniture, making himself comfortable by leaning back and observing the light fixtures present in the area. a nickname that wouldn’t be explained so boldly in front of the cameras, he lets the audience come to their own conclusions while fixing the fringe of his hair. “you get to question me all you want without being mean.”

@♡ blinded_quokkaᵐ by now tiger was convinced that the production team was playing a practical joke on her. there had truly been no other reason in her mind as to why she had to be paired up with her personal no. 1 menace, of all people, on the show. she had the most incredulous looks on her face from the very moment she found out who her partner was, to entering the pod she was to communicate with him in, and soon the minute she first laid her eyes upon a camera that was to take the whole set up in.

had anyone truly taken each look in, they’d surely understand that each one was undoubtedly a cry for help.

the ones behind such a decision had to be enjoying this. revelling in her disbelief, her stress. she would sigh as she took a seat on a plush armchair, lips pushed into a firm line to hold back laughter from how genuinely hilarious this whole thing was. but surely it couldn’t hurt to stick around for the slightest while, and at least get to know him past all the banter they shared. if she could gaslight herself this hard, then tiger believes she could get through it until the very end especially if he too would try his best. “okay, just.. be nice. breath. don’t forget to breathe—”
