@jennie kim Yuh. I would get more crit rate when I get to upgrade him more on the future as my max is just lvl 70 for now. I always focus on atk/crit dmg since aaltos weapon stat is already crit rate. I don't really focus on % er on him since I don't use his ult much but for encore I focus on % er since she needs her ult tons heh. Shorekeeper banner come faster pls, I'm so gonna build xiangli yao whilst waiting for her. HELP pls the welt slander continues. what did the gramps ever done to you <\3

@byeon wooseok that's a great build. i'm not as knowledgeable with it but i do know about the rate/dmg ratio and that i have to have a certain % er for a character. i will watch it in case! so excited for it and for you to get your first 5* pull. ngl though, i sometimes forget welt exist and that i used to mistake him with dr. ratio.
