Perhaps if we saw what was ahead of us, and glimpsed the follies, and misfortunes that would befall us later on, we would all stay in our mother's wombs, and then there would be nobody in the world but a great number of very fat, very irritated women.

answer me.

The intention of this roleplay is to eradicate the need for initial awkward introductions between characters. Characters within the roleplay should be familiar with one another to an extent. No one is a complete stranger here.

The connection one character has with another is up to the roleplayers and is encouraged to be plotted. Perhaps a friendship that has fallen through with minimal contact after graduation. A fierce academic or sporting rivalry that was known throughout the whole grade. Maybe a secret summer fling that was quickly forgotten once the semester started. Though, it could be as simple as being in the same afternoon study group or same debating team or bus buddies that hopped off at the same stop. It could be as vague as one character being familiar with another through the rumours whispered in school hallways. The only rule in place is that the connection should relate to the high school experience.

Also, a character's identity in high school should not strictly define or limit who they are now. In saying that, any changes in traits or personality should make sense. The same could be said about the yearbook title. It is a label and a character should be more than that. To additionally clear things up, not all characters in the roleplay are to have graduated in the same year. This gives room for under and upperclassman dynamics, and it would be strange to imagine certain idols graduating together with the obvious in-real-life age differences.

I like gross generalisations... I also like disgusting specifics

01. Character Name: Specify if you'd prefer your character labelled by either their stage, English, or regular name.
02. Character Age: Age it up or down, though, be realistic and keep it close to the idol's actual age.
03. Orientation: Hit that yeet.
04. Group: Whip whip dab.
05. Occupation: Full-time college student? Athlete? Web designer? Underground wrestler? Dog groomer? Mukbang star?
06. Preferred Povs: Just in case we should make an event in the future.
07. High School Identity: What was your character like during their blossoming teen years? Were they the quite academic? Maybe a bit of a rebel that played into the stereotype and rode around on a motorbike in a leather jacket? Perhaps they were known as the self-absorbed lead star of the school's annual theatre production?
08. Post High School Life: What has your character been up to since parting with the cohort? Are they still working on their degree? Have they even stuck to the same course they started out with? Maybe they plunged themselves into the workforce with little regard for a flimsy paper degree. Most importantly, what's changed and what's stayed the same?
09. Yearbook Title: What was your character voted and labelled as during high school life? 'The Ultimate Wallflower'? Third in vote for 'Class Clown'? 'Top Debator'? 'Least Likely to Get A Wife' as voted by the grade's female population? 'Most Likely to End Up On A Wanted Poster'? Apply with a maximum of three titles. Lmao.
10. Pun: This is an entirely optional part of the application but go ahead and whisper your best pun to us.

They looked at each other like a pair of parentheses

It is one of life's bitterest truths that bedtime so often arrives just when things are really getting interesting.
