Most characters from the series have been added. Many are available to use but don't mess with any definite facts about them (newbie actors are newbie actors, no siblings means no siblings, a mild character doesn't do a 180 personality change for no reason etc). Don't bother to apply for the "Do not apply" ones (of course). Once again... original characters are welcomed and so are 'headcanons' of unnamed characters (for example: a classmate of Kyoko).
