Rent Update & Valentine's Event

This announcement is to just cover a couple of things. In this announcement, I'll be addressing:
+ Private Homes Cleanup & Rent Changes
+ Upcoming Valentine's Event

Private Homes: Cleanup & Rent

I've mentioned this before: We have had a shift in some of our members leaving and some joining. I've gone through to check the homes of those that have left (shared and unshared) and I have reached out where necessary on how to move forward. For those of you that pay rent (you can check the Rent Room to see if your name is listed), rent is going to be taken out on the first of every month (EST/GMT +5). That's to make it easy on myself as well as those of you that pay rent. 

I've also mentioned this before but I just wanted to give a reminder and see what you all think about it. Considering it costs 1,000 points to own a home or 2,000 to build your own, maybe there can be a rent-to-own kind of thing. Maybe 1,500 since it's in the middle. It's just an idea but I think it could be workable so that people aren't paying rent forever, especially if they have enough points to just make their home their own.

Upcoming Valentine's Event

I had an idea as to do something where people would get paired up randomly in some way, shape or form and get sent on a random date. I haven't worked all of the kinks out on how to do it smoothly but it doesn't have to be a Valentine's event, especially since I was trying to get it set up for people to just mingle and et to know one another regardless of relationship status. Anyway, that being said, I figured maybe something simple could be fun to do. Something like a secret admirer kind of event. You don't have to want a relationship with them or have a crush on them. I figure it could also work for even if it's just a friend that you want to remember they're not alone or just to brighten someone's day. Just a simple Valentine's candy gram. I'll deliver whatever gift you want to send someone for free. The only thing is that I know some people don't like it on their walls so maybe I'll just PM the gift (image link) and whatever the note is. You can add if you want it to be anonymous or if you want them to know who you are. I just thought it might be a cute idea. You guys can let me know. Also, let me know if there's something else you'd like to do to celebrate. Maybe just like a room or two that's opened/set up specifically for a party? We could also maybe do a photo contest with a few different categories but what would you. just like as prizes for something like that?
