As usual, there is no bolding or anything extravagant in neither the text nor the font. Why? To make you read. I don’t want you to be skipping around looking for the victor or the first name you can find.
There will be various people mentioned in this blog, not just the victor.
Well this game was different, with its theme and all being based on a rather mad version of Alice in Wonderland. I hope you enjoyed it as much as our Gamemakers and Admins did putting it together. Sadly, this game, like most games, went on for too long, and we’re working on being more organized but life can get busy. Overall it was a pretty fun arena, dontcha think? I know the Gamemakers were ecstatic about creating their areas and their little challenges.
I’d like to also mention that the points gained from the final challenge have been changed due to excessive amount of points given. Fear not, not much was changed in terms of proportions. However points gained was split in half unless it was the participation points or finishing points. Please check Minho’s announcement for it has all been edited there if you are confused as to what I am speaking of.
As usual, again, I’ll start off with the MLTWTNG title.
Uhm, there was a variety of nominations, however only two people managed to get more than one nomination. And one person was nominated by every person that nominated people. Every person. I find this feat to be amazing. To be noticed by everyone, for your hard work to shine through. Now that is just amazing. These two people were talked about among the admins and Gamemakers, and they gave their opinion. Though I will say it somewhat differed from the public nominations. However, in the end, the person that was nominated by everyone in the preliminaries is the one that won this title. Please congratulate Sir Taehyung, known more commonly as V for winning the title MLTWTNG. Something specifically that was pointed out by Mir was that he is ‘frickin scary’. He was active and ‘his character is very promising’ said by Ailee. Mir and I both pointed out that he’s done some pretty crazy and ruthless things.
Our Severe Injury Inflicting tribute created a large gap between the amounts of points earned by injuring points compared to other tributes. This tribute garnered a total of 35 points just from severely injuring his/her opponents. I can imagine this tribute will be able to go places and gain a larger reputation as a fighter. This title goes to the noble Sir Taehyung, or V. I commend him for gaining two titles in one game thus far especially it being his first game.
Thirdly our most injured tributes that gain nothing but fewer points for themselves by being a punching bag. To be honest the three most injured are by far so injured that I find it almost outrageous. Rocking 3rd most injured tribute is our Victor at 150 injury points, if you notice it’s almost on par with what is usually our 1st most injured tribute. The next two, I dare say they were competing for being the bloodiest tribute of all time. One dropped a few more ounces of blood than the other, just a few. These two were very close to each other in injury point amounts. At 2nd most injured tribute we have Victoria at an outrageous 218 injury points, and at 1st we have BoA with 230 injury points. I like that you guys take injuries so well, but try to calm yourselves a bit or… you should be dead. But erm, congrats I suppose.
I’d like to also mention that tributes dipped into the negatives again from only the Points and injury calculations. At first I only had one person who did that once, last game, there were three people who did this. However this is the first game that I’ve had a tremendous amount of people dip into the negatives. I had nine people dip into the negatives, one of them was saved by their severely injuring points, but the other eight stayed in the negatives if it were not for points from challenges or bonus points. What this means is that they injured their selves more than their posts could account for. I think the new trend is getting injured; it used to be being bad-, now its large injury intake.
Bonus points. This part always gets people pumped up. For those of you that don’t know what this is I’ll explain. Any tribute that participated in the game has a chance of getting bonus points. Towards the end of each game the Gamemakers and admins will nominate one to four tributes that they believe deserves bonus points whether it be writing style, activeness, fighting style, determination, injury intake, realism, reputations, or any other thing that they considered to be note-worthy. A total of nine people were nominated between President Kan, Gamekeeper Minho, Gamekeeper Ailee, Gamekeeper Jucy, Gamekeeper Mir, and Gamemaster Minhwan. Those nine people are Victoria, Sunny, Fei, V, Nichkhun, BoA, Hansol, and Voice. Nearly all of them received more than one nomination for bonus points. Each nomination was beautifully explained for verification of its validity. One of these people received three nominations and another four nominations, while the rest gained one or two nominations. Everyone who was nominated received corresponding bonus points.
Lastly, our Victor. Where to begin. This person as I mentioned before was the 3rd most injured tribute, and this caused him/her to dip into the negatives. They had a final point count of 101 points and 150 injury points were taken off of that leaving them with -49 points. However they participated in two challenges which gained them 50 points and 350 points, added to that which left them with 351 points. They had three MLTWTNG nominations which gave them an extra 6 points, and they got 325 points in bonus points which left them with a grand total of 682 points. He, yes it’s a he, did a splendid job reporting his injuries, which really is only something I would be all giddy about. I had to look it up to make sure I spelled the latter portion of the name correctly, but Game 7’s Victor is Nichkhun Horvejkul of District 3.
Like last game, I’d like to commend those that did well point wise. The top seven. At 7th place was Voice, 6th BoA, 5th Victoria, 4th V, 3rd Sunny, and 2nd place is Fei.
