there was a time when shifters rules over the lands, when their packs were free to run around in the forest and allow their instincts to lead the way. but as always, there were those who denied their abilities to shift, thinking themselves above their animalistic tendencies. soon, those people started having children who could no longer shift, and those people started having children that were no longer alpha, beta, or omega. those were the first true humans.

humans easily took over the lands and started building modern technology and large buildings, changing everything about their former traditions to evolve into something different. shifters still fought for their rights, and it became an all out battle. one that was finally settled only twenty years ago.

some shifters still remember when they weren't allowed to be openly themselves, and in many cities they still don't have those rights. seoul, however, was entirely freed from those restraints. while there are still many humans living in seoul, areas of the city had been roped off to be entirely rebuilt to suit shifter needs, with some buildings being torn down to allow the forest to come back. because of this newfound freedom, many shifters have moved into seoul to join in, mingling with the humans.

but while the humans may have entirely gotten rid of their shifting and their secondary genders, not all of their animal instincts were removed, and some are starting to realise that maybe they were meant to be part of this new world all along.

where do you feel at home in this new seoul? find out today!
