back in seoul, a man took some basic hard candies and played around with them and some chemicals to see if he could make them special. the end result was an aphrodisiac, making anyone who ate one crazy and needy for . he ended up selling the formula to a young teen and soon enough, everyone was wanting some. was it legal? course not.
