I've had my personal encounters with Binay and she does not have an inkling on Philippine legislation. I'd like to be proven wrong though. Maybe it just so happened that during our meet-ups she was on her stupid moments. But really, this goes to show that Filipino culture is a branded culture. Look, Binay! What a brand. /scoff/ Let Santiago whip her to her wits during discourses. :))

I also don't like Nancy Binay. But, let's just see what she can do. And judge her after if she did nothing.
