RULES & Guidelines TO FOLLOW
1. Favoriting the RP is a must, however, up-voting is highly appreciated.

Not everyone is destined to go to school and become the best medical doctor, CEO or even police officer. Not everyone has good intentions growing up of becoming a well known human being for their kindness. In fact some people would not have their jobs if it was not for the evil in the world. So in all reality deciding to be a criminal in one of the biggest city's in south korea is not very bad of a thing is it? We would never have any police officers, or a lot of laws against what we do.
That is why at Seoul City's Private School of Crime we recuite some of the best people that we think that would be some of the world's greatest criminals and train them to max out their abilities, and hopefully they will go out in the world being successful in their crimes.

2. If you want 2 characters you have to be active for 2 weeks and have 100 points, and have up-voted the rp before requesting the second character.
3. If I or any other admins notice that you have not been active with both characters we will ask you to leave one.

5. This is an alternate universe RP, so keep in mind that you are not idols, and these characters have never existed in the groups that they are known as.
