Personal Message

I am not a fan of Korean Pop Music or anything in the Korean entertainment. I am here mainly to write. Unlike sports, writing produces a entirely different type of satisfaction. Sports gives me the chance to get competitive and aggressive; on the other hand, writing provides me the opportunity to be creative.

Yeah, just some guy who enjoys a good plot.

Descriptive and lengthy posts are loved. So don't hold back.
Plots with direction are much appreciated. Long-term plots sliced in episodes (current plot) are welcomed.

Description

Basic Profile

Name:  Jim Sturgess

Age: 26

Orientation: Hetero-romantic Aual

Occupation: Inmate; Illusionist/Magician (formerly)

Psychiatric Records: Kleptomaniac

Occupation

Jim Sturgess started doing magic at the age of fifteen. Now, the competition sees him as the next grand-master illusionist after he performs the most dangerous tricks such as disappearing in the middle of skydiving, or being run over by a Leopard military tank in a straitjacket while lying on the ground.

Personality

(Inspired by Haymitch Abernathy and Jeff Ma)
For someone very manipulative and deceitful, Jim is a principled man who stubbornly acts accordingly to his ideals. Jim is great at speech, making him unshakable at negotiations but pairing it with high intellect makes him dangerous. Unfortunately, this young magician is very impulsive. In contrast to his cautious nature as a magician, he doesn't think twice in situations that go against his principles. Also, he is very apathetic towards punishments and negative consequences.

Skills: sleight-of-hand, pickpocketing, negotiation, bribery, reconnaissance, lying (yes, there is a way to cheat the polygraph test)
Shortcomings: making friends, obedience, patience

Case: Theft in First Degree

Three years ago, Jim died in a plane crash — or that is what he wanted everyone to believe. Supposedly, it was his biggest trick: escaping a burning jet while wearing a straitjacket. The crowd didn't see him jumping off with a parachute, in fact, they didn't see him leave the plane.

Jim was declared death in absentia or legally declared dead even with an absent body.

However, rumors of Jim's presence began to pullulate. It coincided with the biggest issue of that year: the lost campaign funds and stolen bank money of a rival political candidate. Suddenly, housing and scholarship programs were receiving large sums of donations from a mysterious figure. Conspiracy theorists assumed that it was Jim, especially with all these claims appearing in social media.

It was a tough fight. He wasn't satisfied but Jim knew that he couldn't do it alone. He wanted to mess with the propaganda but important people were being threatened.
