Jung Jaehyun had always been a good boy; he stayed out of trouble, made the right choices, got good grades and even sworn to himself that he would never get caught up in the bright lights the media provided. He was born into a rich family that got him anything and everything he desired. He had it all; happiness, a loving family, scholarships from all over the world. Everything was great until his little brother was born. Everyone loved him and eventually started to push Jaehyun away.

He always got the better gifts, the bigger parties, the best rewards for achievements that weren't even as half as great as the older boy's. He began to start hating his own flesh and blood, wishing the worst things in the world to happen to them. Was he not good enough? He had lost all his confidence and the desire to even be alive. The thought of his own family made him sick. He wanted to ruin everything they had. He joined a gang during his 1st year of highschool named Underground Empire. They were his new family. Even though he knew deep down inside that they never really gave a about him, he refused to admit it.

The years he spent with them were probably the best of his entire life. He enjoyed the adrenaline rush of almost getting caught and living on the edge, something he never allowed himself to feel. Even when they did get caught and he spent the nights alone in  jail cell, it made him want to do it all over again.  Jaehyun eventually became one of the best fighters and even one of the best hackers due to his incredible intelligence when it came to technology. He liked the title his gang gave hm because it made him feel important for once in his life. It made him confident in himself again. One day, he slipped up and went with a few of his gang members to the location of one of their regular drug dealers. The place waas filled with cops who arrested him and the guys with him.

Deciding to give him one last chance, they sent him to an academy to fix his act. He studies quietly there, trying to keep his anger in check but always remains with one question; was every crime he committed even worth it?
