A royal/leader from a nation must continue his bloodline. He is an alpha. In order to do this, his people have been consuming this seed for generations and allowing prominent alphas to sleep with them and impregnate them. A rival leader has been captured in battle the same night he consumed the seed. As the rival escapees and tries to flee from the castle, he stumbles upon the room where the alpha turned omega is waiting with a blindfold to be ed. They do it of course and the rival leader gets him pregnant. Now the alpha turned omega must keep him alive to be around his pheromones for the sake of their child, but of course they fall in love. After giving birth to the egg that will hatch, they want to have , the alpha turned omega has his rut but he still wants to be ed by the other … the alpha knocks him up again so now there are two heirs only … turns out it’s twins so they end up with 3. The rival leader is from a line of dragon blood so there’s that as well.

 

For Izumi: the seed effect is permanent in mine though the child bearing thing is only effect when the pill is first taken, so they don't end up having even more kids later
