About Me

Background
What you really need to know; Yoochun commands healing and communicates with animals. He's currently 27 and the teacher of animal care/training and music.

It was no secret that his mother was great with plants and remedies, if young Yoochun had a scrape, or a cut, his mother would know what to do. She always did. And her garden, her pride and joy, bloomed with more flowers than you could imagine and every one of them beautiful as a dream.

Son of a noblemen and his wife, a skilled homiopath, but a lady by birth, Yoochun was from a wealthy and powerful family. His powers came a little late perhaps, but his command of them was never an issue. Playing with the neighbours' dog, Yoochun heard it speak, telling him that it's paw was in great pain. The boy took a look at the scrape down Taepoong's underbelly and ran his hands over it, in clear sight of his father, trying to soothe some of the damage done. Of course, he did more than soothe, the wound healed before his eyes and to his father's absolute horror. "Witch hunting" was a sport which many noblemen enjoyed and one that his father had heavily indulged in. That very night, the biggest fight his parents had ever fought broke out. And it was all Yoochun's fault. For having powers, for showing his powers, for beig born. Taepoong never left his side, not once, hiding under his bed as furniture was thrown and screaming heard for miles. By morning, the exhausted boy had fallen asleep in Taepoong's fur, earphones in his ears and a tear-stained set of cheeks.

Apon looking outside, his mother, uncharacteristically still in her nightgown, had her long hair tied up into a messy ponytail. She was picking up, one by one, the severed heads of every flower in her garden and his father was nowhere to be seen. The man wasn't a bad one, he'd just spend so long hunting those with powers that finding out the one person he truly loved and the child she'd carried for him where the... vermin he despise most... He couldn't kill them, nor could he stay. So the man disappeared and Yoochun was left to heal, one by one, every single one of those flowers of that eleven acre garden in an attempted to undo the damage he felt he had caused. His teens were spent drifting from place to place to avoid persecution, only to return to his mother's estate in the spring time to watch her flowers bloom once more. At twenty, he tutored some younger students and found a passion for teaching. Taepoong fathered a litter of beautiful husky pups and gifted one to Yoochun's own care, telling him that if anyone could take care of him, it would be Yoochun. This large dog is the one often found by Yoochun's side still today, no longer the pup that the late Taepoong entrusted him with.

Personality
Yoochun is laid-back, aloof and virtually unruffleable. He's had to deal with some stuff, so he's pretty patient, especially if you're going through some stuff.  He'll understand. A romantic at heart, one thing potential partners might struggle with is that he's not really in a hurry to get married and settle down. After his parents horrific break up, you might understand; he loves deeply, but doesn't feel the ingrained need for that ceremony or sheet of paper. He'll show his love clearly through actions and thoughtful gestures. As a friend too, you'll find that the laidback, even lazy, teacher is one that as an unlimited capacity for compassion.

Rarely, does he get angry. And you'll find that even when he does, it's often hurt that surfaces, not rage. The only time you'll see Park Yoochun flip is if something he loves is in danger, or someone is hurting someone else (animals included). He's vegetarian, so even that is something Yoochun is not entirely comfortable with, though he's not about to force veggies down your throat. That's your choice.

Out Of
Character

Hey Guys~ Firstly, its exam season so please be lenient with me, okay? I don't have much time and I'm trying. I am a pretty laid-back person, but I'm also a little forgetful. If I take some time to reply, forgive me and give me a poke, I didn't mean to ignore you. However, don't harass me for replies. One reminder is enough, any more than that and it would be counter productive to poke me again. I loathe oneliners, so tend to prefer third, but I can do first. But don't try fob me off with one line. Because we all hate that, why would you do that to me? Now if I tell you my character wouldn't do what's in your plot, don't take offense. I take characterisation very seriously, it has nothing to do with your plot. I'm sure your plot is lovely. Lastly, just post to me. That's all. If you want to roleplay, just post. And if you read my Yoochun profile, the chances of us being friends and close is much higher. It's like a cheat sheet~ Telling you how to get what you want from him and how he'll react. So please use it! Thank you, it's nice to meet you all and a pleasure to be here.
