Name: The Forgiven

Bio: The Forgiven grew up traveling with her father, the Master, on his T.A.R.D.I.S. though she never agreed with what he was up to. She met the Doctor many times on their travels, mainly due to the Doctor spoiling the Master's plans causing her to hate him yet love him dearly. For years she traveled with the Master either helping him with his mischief or just running off to avoid dealing with it.

After the time war, which she escaped with her father, she went to Earth and hid in Cardiff but with some bad luck she got caught by Torchwood. Torchwood locked her up for awhile until she convinced them to let her help them instead, it may or may not of involved some hypnotizing, and so she worked for Torchwood when not ending up appearing throughout both the Master and the Doctor's timelines.
