Krystal is fully proficient in hand to hand combat and weaponry. From a young age, she was taught by her ex-marine father how to shoot a gun and protect herself from all circumstances. When in the shooting range, she heard screams and turned to see the staff owners, now zombies. Grabbing as many guns and ammo as she could, she shot through the staff members and raided the convenience store beside of it.

She has been trained for circumstances like this.
