I THINK MY MIND IS AGAINST ME.

Lu han

20 april, 1990

He is nothing but a vacant body;                                       hoping that the vacancy conceals a shrivelled up heart.

He feigns a loss of memories; playing it off with a mere 'I do not remember,' and a smile to finish it. Stars. People could swear they could see stars in his eyes. He hopes that the momentary twinkle is enough to blind them. Concealment is key. He tells them about Lu Han, and that he'll be their guide for today. But nobody ever talks about Han.                                                                                                                                                                            When Han was younger, he knew hunger. He knew darkness. He knew responsibility. He learnt that the world as people know it was subjective, Han was not Atlas but he carried the weight of other people's worlds on his frail shoulders. When he was younger he was prepared to do anything for his family. He meets a man who's willing to keep them fed and provided for, he tells Han that his existence is going to benefit the world. Han could give less than a about the world, he had enough of it as it weighed down his worn out bones. He kept his secrets hidden as skeletons in his closets, demons under his bed, and corpses buried six-feet below the ground. Nobody knows about Han.                                                                                                                            The sad thing about human nature is that they want more than what is already given. Greed swallows his family up whole, Han is running out of places to keep his secrets buried, and he decides its time to stop. Because Han was not ing Atlas and he's had enough of the world waiting around for him to make it spin. Han leaves everything behind but his memories.                                                                                                                                But it's always easy to pretend. Lu Han works for the Circus of Dreams. He's the hired guide. Lu Han talks about everything. But no one will ever talk about Han.
