Born into one of the wealthiest families in Korea, Jinyoung had always gotten what he wanted, when he wanted. Some may say that he is spoiled, but he really isn't. His father was the CEO of a popular toy company and his mother was dance teacher and choreographer. Jinyoung had always wanted to preform in front of others but he had stage fright and couldn't. He become the CEO of New Beat after a terrible accident with the previous owner. He is generally a serious person, and most people are afraid of him, but he has a heart of gold and cares about the people  in the company.

Once an idol for another company, he stumbled across this company and decided to check it out for himself. He was curious about who the CEO really was after hearing rumors about the place. After several weeks of his usual visits and happy go lucky personality, he was offered a position as the secretary to the CEO and after a few short weeks he became the owner, unintentionally. Though he does come across as a bit on the cold did, Jin Young is loves to have fun and smiles whenever he sees fit. He doesn't eat to much sweets, since he acts a bit childish once he eats too much and he hates that part of him a lot. He promised himself that he wouldn't show that side of him on public and had some troubles keeping that promise.
