Park Kyungri. She's a twenty-three year old filled with deep thoughts. The most common expression you see on her face is her stoic expression; void of any emotion. People often read her like they do when they look at a book. What do i mean by that? They judge her by her cover; by the emotions and expressions she has on the outside. She doesn't blame them though, since young, she has already established the fact that that's what they do. That's what humans do- they judge someone by their outer appearance. They have many misconceptions about her; some think she's cold, some think she's rude, some don't even care enough to label her or to come up with a reason of their own to explain her behavior, her actions, her expressions. But that's not who she is.. The main reason is really simple. She's actually just absorbed in her own thoughts. At times she suffers from insomnia because she thinks too much about everything and anything and as a result she's unable to fall asleep. She's kept up late at night, her mind occupied with thoughts. But on the inside, she's actually just a girl, longing for someone to love her; not necessarily romantically, and really just for someone to accept who she really is on the inside. For someone to protect her, to be on her side even when the whole world's pointing their fingers at her. You see the reason why she longs so much for affection is that Kyungri lost her parents at a young age. When she was barely eight, there was a terrible accident on the road which took away the lives of her parents. While for Kyungri- she escaped almost unharmed, except for a scar on the right side of her forehead which will be always be a painful reminder of that day. The day where her parents died protecting her. The day where she lost the only two people in her life that truly cared about her and the only people that mattered to her. After that horrible incident, she was sent under the care of an orphanage. However she barely even mixed around with the other kids. She'd be in her room, enclosed in her own world, with her headphones on and music blasting. That was her only comfort, her escape from the real world; which was harsh in her eyes. Too harsh for a young and fragile child for Kyungri to handle. The only thing that could distract her from those painful thoughts was music. Until now- she still blamed herself for her parents' death. Kyungri had never got on a car by herself since then. She avoids taking taxis and she still hasn't got her driver's license. So when those thoughts would creep into her mind, she'd slip on her headphones, close her eyes tight and immerse herself into music, successfully forgetting about the world for a few minutes, maybe even hours if she's lucky to be uninterrupted. And her love of music has brought her into her passion; singing. Although she never took lessons, something inside of her told her that she was born with it. It was her talent. Later on, it also became her occupation. She was an underground singer, she performed with bands, sometimes even solo. It was the only time when she would show glimpses of her true self. When the music starts, she would show the slightest of smiles, which would slowly become a wide gummy smile; as the song progresses. Of course she wasn't expressionless all the time, she too, was a human. She has feelings just like everyone else does. Since young, before the accident, Kyungri was always cheerful and talkative. She loved to play around, be mischivous at times, she was also friendly and outgoing. That was her true self, sadly, after the incident. She became more introverted and shut everyone out. The Kyungri which always had a smile on her face slowly began to disappear and her stoic expression took over. Her real, hidden personality would only be revealved when she performed. When she sang with all her heart, which also helped her gain some fans too. But somehow she could never open up enough after stepping off the stage, which was why she never really gained any friends. She lost the confidence and courage to speak up when someone would initiate a conversation. It was an aftereffect of being anti-social for such a long period of time.

 

You would mostly find her performing at clubs or bars, maybe even live cafes where she would peform with her guitar in hand- also self-learnt through tutorials on the net and with lots of practice which even caused her blisters to have on her hands. By then, when Kyungri had successfully mastered the skills of acoustic guitar, she made a big decision to become a part-time vocal teacher at a professional music academy  where she would teach aspiring kids proper vocal techniques when she wasn't performing on stage. She absolutely adored the idea of teaching them because they often reminded her of when she was young. They reflect her passion and her love of music.

 

       But other than performing, she also has an ulterior motive to visit         nightclubs, where yet another side of her would show up. This time, not really what i'd call a glorious side. It's almost like she has multiple personalites. By day and by night, her personality and behaivor differs. At night, when all is dark, Kyungri would let her inner, deep desires take over her, where she would patronize various nightclubs to satify her dark desires. What kind of desires you may ask? A desire for . She mostly loves to dominate, to live the thrill of someone her name. The feeling that she's is control. Due to the uncertainty of life, the reality that nobody can't control things from happening, just like how she can never rewind back to when her parents were still around. As a result, she longs to be in control. And the only time when she feels that she can be in control, when she has power over things, when she can have the upper hand ; is when she's having . When she can release all her frustrations all in one go. But of course, she also loves the feeling of being dominated by someone who can make her feel good by doing so. So you can say she's mostly dominant, but doesn't mind being submissive from time to time for someone who does a good job of dominating her. Because the thing about Kyungri is that.. she's really hard to please.
