She is quick to anger and distrusts others easily. However, if one proves him or herself worthy she will be fiecely loyal to the end. When she was eighteen, her grandfather was betrayed by his own son, Fei’s father. The father had committed a crime against an assassin group but the punishment upon his own father. Fei watched with burning eyes as her grandfather was killed. If a son could sentence his father to death to save himself, selfishness and greed are the true forces that push humans, she thought. Unforgiving, cold, and pessimistic- those are the words to describe her. Fei is a long time student of the Chinese martial art Wing Tsun. Therefore, her favorite weapons are butterfly knives. Long staffs/wooden poles that range from eight feet to thirteen feet are also deadly in her hands. A relentless fighter. Her style is to attack and defend at the same time, a key principle of Wing Tsun. She excels in close combat. Flexibility, speed, agility are her primary strengths. Ever since she was a child, she trained under her grandfather, a respected Wing Tsun practitioner. Due to her job as a weapons specialist for the Capitol, Fei is experienced with using a large range of weapons. She also knows the basics of Chinese medicine, from tending the wounds of her grandfather’s students when they were injured. However, her weaknesses include her light frame, which makes it difficult for her to fight against opponents who have brute strength. Impatient, Fei also dislikes long range attacks. She cannot implement nor defend from them very well. Her mother died giving birth and her father was a lowlife scum who abandoned her in fear, after he discovered she had witnessed her grandfather's death. After his death, Fei became extremely independent. She was paid for testing weapons for the Capitol. However, recent rumours circulating around her family have arisen. Many claim that her grandfather disgraced the district, poisoned the minds of his students with his false teachings, and dishonored the Wang family name. Fei set out to restore her family’s honor by winning the Hunger Games. SHE REUNITED WITH CHILDHOOD FRIEND, NICHKHUN, DURING HER TIME IN THE GAMES. FEI ESCAPED THE GAMES ILLEGALLY ALONG WITH HIM AND ANOTHER TRIBUTE. THEY FORMED THE REBEL ALLIANCE. SHE RESCUED KWANGMIN FROM THE CLUTCHES OF THE CAPITOL, AND entered  THE GAMES AS AN ILLEGAL TRIBUTE.
