I did meal prep. Made some sweet potato cubes baked, cooked chicken , and set aside homemade protein parfaits. It was kinda relaxing but also annoyed.

I took meds and I put peppermint oil on as well and now I’m just here, resting. Got a lil drama playing in my ear. *sits back in the couch opposite of you* I don’t think I need anything I just get like sometimes
