congratulations! if you're reading this announcement, then you survived the october activity check! you all get a sticker for that, well done.
it's halloween season now, as you must all surely know. maybe you've noticed the halloween tab already in the time it's taken me to write this up? who knows!
Yes, the halloween event has finally started! it will last for a week, so if you want to grab some exclusive stickers that you won't be able to get again, be sure to take part in the little activities throughout the week and over the weekend!
the rooms that are available:
+ costume game! - roll the dice to find out what your costume is and then go hit up the mission room to do some missions for stickers and cause mayhem!
+ ghostie hunt! - there's a ghost on the loose and we need help finding him/her! for information on this little game, check out the ghostie hunt room.
+ trick or treat! - there's a room for trick or treating and of course you're welcome to actually trick or treat on people's walls, rooms, idols dorms- you name it!
+ nightmare chat! - the core chat room for the event, as per usual I will be hiding the original rooms for the duration of the event!
+ haunted house! - we have a room dedicated to roleplaying haunted houses. You're welcome to post videos about haunted houses too if you like!
+ spam/ooc room! - I usually forget to add this room in events but not this time! The spam room for halloween will double as an ooc chat room if for whaever reason you need to talk about ooc related matters.
+ halloween stickers! - this room has a list of all the stickers you can get during the event.
You may have noticed also the "dia de muertos" room.
I've been sitting on a fence about this room for the last week and a bit, trying to decide if I go through with posting it or not and i decided to do so because it's for a good cause but it does come with a strong trigger warning.
dia de muertos, or "day of the dead" is a celebration for those who have departed.
You do not have to enter this room if you do not wish. It is there in tribute to the people who are comfortable enough to express a moment in tribute to those they care about who have passed on. There is more information on the celebration in the room, however you can definitely google if you don't want to enter the room.
A huge thank you to changbin who, despite being extremely busy ooc with preparing for dia de muertos, was kind enough to write up a description for me to help accurately say what the celebration is about.
