I NEED ADVICE! please ;~;

I need advice!!! *dies*

so.. I have a dance group. we're called 'Clover Project' and we started working in february, but due to lots of problems with one of the members (which I kicked out - yes, evil leader. no one messes with my group) we did nothing decent all year.
about three months ago, my sub leader invited me to go to a casting with her for another dance group. it was JPOP and not KPOP but it was a great opportunity cause that group was supposed to perform live at a con. yes... on a big stage with big lights and stuff. thing is... I didnt had money at the time and I told her to audition anyway. and yes. she entered the group and now BB5 already have a contract with a company and they're called to perform at LOT of cons and events. and Clover... well, Clover is doing nothing.
I gotta admit I was a little WTF when Roxy told me BB5 were an official group. cause for me double team thing didnt work. I mean, because of BB5 she has less and less time for Clover and GAAAAH I WANT TO GET US MOVING! she said it's ok that she has two groups cause one is JPOP and another one is KPOP but -.- please. a dance group is a dance group. you gotta spend hours practicing with either style.

now the problem. today I opened my rl fb and... Miraii no Yume (the other JPOP dance group in Portugal - there's only two BB5 and them) is looking for new members. and their leader invited me personally for the castings.

my first thought was 'HELL NO! I'M NOT GOING TO AUDITION' but then I started thinking... Miraii no Yume also has a contract with a company to perform at events. The performed this year at the biggest con in Portugal ;~; (true,they , but they got the contract and they can always improve, right? thats why they're renewing the group anyway, to be better). if I got in this group, I would have everything I want goddamnit. they have a contract! I would be performing live!! it's my dream.

another problem I have... Clover and Miraii are not exactly best friends. both groups started at the same time and we were going to work together, but because of the childish attitude of some members of Mirai, I stepped up and told them to OFF (lolol literally) can you imagine get a text from your sub leader at 3am saying 'we're having a meeting on skype with mirai and Im going crazy'. a meeting for which I was not called and when I started reading I saw nothing but them trying to tell Clover what to do O_O like wth if there's someone here that can tell clover what to do thats ME -.- *pissed*. Miraii were kinda my enemies because of that. but not Roxy's. cause BB5 and Miraii work for the same company, they are friends. they even performed together once. after their performance together, Roxy kept telling me that they were nice and that mess on the meeting where I snapped was only fault of one girl that is not even on the group anymore. and Miraii's leader CAME TO ME PERSONALLY!! I mean, that shows that she's not a kid and she can handle stuff, right? now the baby would be me, if I kept hating on them when they're trying to fix the wrong they made.

I am so confused. would I be like 'cheating' on my girls if I did the audition?
will I be a hypocrite? cause I disliked them and now I would be trying to be one of them? (not really disliked, but I dont have patience for people that act like a 5 year old)
I am so afraid my girls will be mad at me - specially Roxy cause she's one of my best friends.
but this is a huge opportunity...

they have a lot to improve, right? I know. but they have freaking contracts and people asking them to perform already. I cant lose this opportunity, right?
