pissed

i don't usually rant about things like this,but this I'm super pissed... the ing frontier Communications people are ing worst internet company ever!! we were supposed to have our new internet installed today,but we waited for three hours pass their set time,and no one showed up...

Then i call them,and said they can't find the order...i was annoyed at that point,so i ask to speak to their customer support,and what do you know,they found my acct...

so i ask them again why no one show up,and guess what? they say it was supposed to be on the 31st,not today...so i ask them why i didn't get any notice,no phone call,email,or text messages...they say they have no idea,i was pissed so i started rising my voice at them. And they just keep giving the same bull every single time...i yelled at them,asking them why didn't we get anything from you guys for the schedule change,they keep saying they don't know...I'm just so pissed at the company for not doing their job of imform us about anything... 

so we decided to just cancel the service and find a new company...i just can't believe that this happen to me today...i have so many things i need to do that requires internet...

okay,sorry for the rant...and excuse my language...i usually don't rant like this...

ps:to the people that i still owe replies to:you guys might have to wait for few days
