I am on a roll today.
So I was listening to listening to old timey music like Laufey and Ari lennox latest single (also the burlesque album with Christina Aguilara and Cher) and it made me think of a Mafia plot;
The setting is back in the day of show girls/burlesque as bar entertainment, so like...the 40s I guess. Person A is the mafia boss' son. He lives the life of luxury, , drugs, violence, and indulgence. He's a smooth talker, sharp dresser, risk taker. There is a bar ran by his Uncle that only those in the business know about and are allowed to enter (minus the women they'd bring along with them) One night, while he's out with his buddies, the bar introduces a new singer, Person B. She's lively with a sultry singing voice, divinely blessed and talented. A simple girl with a smile any man would kill for, a gentle voice that could put you to sleep, and eyes that were filled with the stars in the sky. Person A takes a fancy to Person B so he starts to visit the bar more often and sit near the back to watch her perform and it seems she's noticed him as she keeps her eyes locked with his during her performances.
This plot is a story of how person A persues Person B, entangling their worlds. Him introducing her to his wild life, and she showing him the joys of life when you slow down.
