I have fallen and I can't get up
I am doing a crap ton of OT lately cuz my hospital is super understaffed.
I don't understand why they can't just hire the people they need instead of patching the empty slots with half trained people who don't want that position. I don't mind being scheduled but if you in yell at me for being slow I'm going to stop taking these shifts.
Unfortunately, these buttholes are using the fact that I am certified and trained "PARTIALLY" against me and keep scheduling me there. These positions me up.
I apologize for the late responses but I don't have the energy right now unfortunately. I'm physically exhausted and I just found out a friend passed away recently so I'm pretty much emotionally messed up too.
I am down to plot and talk about stuff if people want to hang out on LINE. But I'm going to be busy with work and probably mostly napping in between. I'll see you guys sporadically once things slow down.
