There is a witch group called The Red Hoods, however they are currently frowned upon by society due their crimes that are towards wolves and vampires.
You can be an innocent witch, unaware of the evil deeds or brainwashed.
Perhaps a rogue witch has learned the truth of the group's motives and is now on the run, fighting for their life.
Or be a witch who commits the crimes without hesitation.
