Angels that were crafted by the hands of the Almighty and born in Heaven. They have been an angel for their entire life and typically have known no other home than the cloudy, sparkling version of Heaven they live and work in. A created angel is not birthed from the union of two angels or an angel and another creature; all created angels come directly from the Almighty's hands.

Angels that were originally human, but considered either so kind OR so devout that they became angels upon their death. Although they are now seen as an angel in every way that matters, due to their origins they are not always welcomed by created angels.

Angels that descended with Morningstar to Hell after rebelling against the Almighty. For reasons currently unknown these previously fallen angels (sometimes referred to as demons) have requested forgiveness from the Almighty and it was granted. This forgiveness revoked their fallen status and allowed them to return to Heaven.

These are the angels that manage the ins and outs of Cupid Central. The paper pushers and the errand runners that keep track of the information coming into and out of the office. There's also managers, team leaders, ITS employees, etc. No matter the role these are the angels that ensure Cupid Central is running in tip-top shape and meeting its quotas.

These are the angels that carry out the missions for Cupid Central, facilitating the relationships between humans on Earth. Most field agents are dressed in tactical gear and use Heavenly weapons to take aim at humans with their Connection Bolts. The job of a field agent is to create, alter and/or sever the emotional links between humans.
