Just because the character whom you wish to apply for or whom you wanted to date so bad is taken doesn't mean that s/he's already taken here.
This rp allows repetitive characters and couples under certain restrictions. (refer to the rules)

1) Favorite-ing & Upvote-ing are a must do.
2) Any type of relationships is allowed. Pregnancies and marriages are allowed.
3) Comment "applying as ___ & waiting for (the other half of your pairing)" right before you applied. This will either serve as your reservation and/or as to notify others that you will apply as the character. Maximum allowawable of reservation is 24 hours.
4) Once you've been accepted, don't leave your character un-faced. Put at least a picture there to be identified.
5) 1st or 3rd. AU or Non-AU. It shall be on the pairing's discretion. And so does if you guys shall meet and be cheesy first or be a couple right away.
6) Your rooms shall serve as your game room, dating spots, houses, etc. The plots would be of your choice. Be creative thinkers.
7) You may opt to ignore others and just mind your pair so long as you talk inside the rooms.
8) If in any case nobody had applied to the other pair within 2 days, the pairing shall be forfeited but we will reconsider your application if you wish to come back.
9) You may apply as two characters but under any circumstances, you are forbidden to date your own character, repeat the pairing you want, repeat the character you applied as, provided that you promise that you'll be able to handle two characters and treat both of your couples with equal importance.
10) Set sail.
11) Don't apply if you won't promise to be active here. 5 days of ignoring your pair shall render you being inactive and getting a warning from the admins.
12) OOC conversation must not be incorporated to IC nor does the drama.
13) Respect other pairings should you want yours to be respected.
14) Comment upon leaving.
15) Apply with the application form provided.
