Copied without permission?

So, as you all probably know because I bothered you with it, I made an rp of original characters in original bands called NWent. It was doing quite well, and two days later, a new rp pops up, almost exactly like mine. Down to using an entertainment company, 2 groups, a girl group and a boy group. it was structured the same way and even character names were similar, putting band names and stuff on them. the masterlist was structured exactly like mine.

And it would have been okay but they did ask to use the idea, they're not part of my rp, they posted their ad on my wall, and on my co-admin's wall. And even some of the kids from NWE.

Is this like taking a fanfic you like and writing the exact same thing, but changing the characters? except it's more like just reading the synopsis since that person isn't even in my rp to know what's going on. What is this? How do you do this? Don't you feel awkward at all? If I was stealing someone's idea, I wouldn't go advertise it on their wall. I thought about how I would go about doing this... I would at least join their rp, and ask permission to make one like it. There is only one rp on this website like this, and it's pretty obvious if another one pops up 2 days later looking almost identical.

This is just really awkward.

I think some people need to be educated in expectations in society.

HOGOD DON'T GO CUSS THEM OUT PLEASE DFHGDGEYTJBVHCGRG
