there's an overwhelming amount of people in chatrooms that have the wonder hobby of self-depreciating themselves.
often they call themselves ugly or not deserving of love. it saddens me.
but it also makes me nervous and i try to avoid them.

why, you ask? it's because it's ugly.

it's an ugly personality trait. you destroy your own self-image by believing yourself as so. you, essentially, turn yourself into the "ugly old woman" which sophie was due to her curse. she was cursed with old age, wrinkles, and overall "ugliness" because her self-confidence portrayed herself as so.
so what if you believe that? if you keep insisting on the image of you being ugly, you become so.

how do you change? it's simple.
you fake it 'til you make it. insisting constantly of your ugliness does no good to your confidence. it instead destroys it.
you must believe in yourself in order to become more than you see yourself as.

so please, if you wish to love yourself, stop talking yourselves down. only then can you be able to see the love others have for you.
