Consideration of Others

You know what I've noticed--

Many people are very inconsiderate when it comes to someone's feelings ic and ooc

For someone like me, many of my ooc feelings are put into my characters. I know that's not good but sometimes it's just hard to seperate ic and ooc feelings-- at least when it comes to me being depressed.

A lot of people don't take into account that what you do or say to someone's character ic can affect them ooc as well. So they end up being really nonchalant about their actions and when someone gets upset their first response it "it's not real"

No .

I think we all know none of this stuff is real.

However;

It doesn't matter if it's someone's ic feelings or ooc feelings, you should always be considerate.

You never know how far your words can impact someone. Or even somethings as "small" as dropping a character who's in a relationship.

Tbh, no matter how many times we tell ourselves this isn't real,we're still affected by it

Because we're humans

And that's how we are

So never down play someone's feelings just because they seem small to you or you don't understand why that person may be feeling that way

Don't tell someone they're being dramatic just because you don't see the issue as to why they're upset

If someone is venting, let them vent

Even if you don't like what they're saying, because obviously they're hurting to the point where they need to vent

Everyone's feelings are important. It doesn't matter how big or small they may be.

Words hurt.

Actions hurt.

And even though this is all just make believe, we need to be cautious of others.

I think if we all kept that in mind, this place wouldn't be a giant cesspool.
