So, I've been absent for quite awhile. First off, it was because I was getting busy with work. But then- BUT THEN. Hurricane Harvey decided to show up. SO, my family was caught up in the evacuation and we are currently still staying a few hours away from our home town.
Never in my life had I ever had to deal with a hurricane before and let me tell you, you don't want to deal with it. I promise you.
THANKFULLY! A ton of people evacuated before Harvey hit, so as far as we know, there's only been very minimal casualties. Mostly everyone was smart enough to get the out before hit the fan. I am so thankful we are all safe and accounted for with how quickly the storm gained strength.
