BACKGROUND

Soohyuk was born to a wealthy peasant family. He had five siblings not including himself and was the youngest of all of them. Soohyuk had dreams of becoming a commander in the kings army ever since he was young. He and his three brothers would make wooden swords and sword fight in their family's backyard while his two sisters played with their dolls inside. Among all of his brother's Soohyuk was a very serious and straightforward strategist. He planned out their adventures as well as fight alongside his brothers.

Soohyuk's father sent each of his boys to their uncle's bounty hunter camp to be training as swordsmen. There the boys tended to get in trouble and Soohyuk would always take the blame for his three older brothers' actions. Despite the punishments he faced he was determined to become a great swordsman like his uncle. Each of his brothers including Soohyuk moved through the ranks at the camp at a fast rate. They even received the best treatment out of any of the other members at the camp.

Though the special treatment was not enough for his three older brothers. Each of them wanted the women not a higher ranking. Soohyuk's brothers retaliated against their uncle bringing destruction to the entire camp. Soohyuk's father banned each of them from returning back home giving them each a pouch of money to spend on all the women they could afford. The money didn't last them very long since they were only able to buy one woman of their choice and had no way to pay for any home they wanted. Soohyuk returned home to live with his two sisters who were in arranged marriages.

Soohyuk's oldest sister went through with the arranged marriage while the other planned to break off the wedding. His sister asked Soohyuk for help to help her break off the wedding. When it came to the wedding day, Soohyuk was able to bring together an army of men to crash the wedding. Of course it was frowned upon by his parents but he earned his sister's trust. Soohyuk left his village and went to the palace to be drafted by the emperor for the war. During the fighting Soohyuk gave aid to the emperor as well as aid in the fighting. Once the war ended the emperor gave Soohyuk a position as the imperial governor. Soohyuk now watches over the budgets, army strategies, and oversees the palace as well as everyone in it.

PERSONALITY

Due to Soohyuk's maturity he tends to come off more as very serious and straightforward. Depending on his mood, some days he enjoys to joke around and have a few drinks to liven the mood. When there's business that needs to be taken care of, Soohyuk does whatever he can to get things done without the hassle of waiting. Soohyuk is a very sweet and romantic person once you have opened the doors to a possible relationship with him. Being in a relationship is not his number one priority. He wants to protect everyone to ensure their safety in the palace. Soohyuk is protective of the things and people he holds close to him. Whether that may be his own family or a stranger he will put himself before everyone to make sure they are safe.

You both spend most of your time together while he travels around the palaces. Though you are his property he treats you well and ensures that you have the best care possible. The two become close over the years as they become accustom to each others company. An opportunity arose to allow for your freedom. Soohyuk left the decision up to you to remain his servant or to have your freedom from him forever.
