Meet Kim Jongdae, He's your typical teenager with a dark secret that doesn't seem to match his personality at all.
His girlfriend cheated on him with a random guy neither of them knew. She had slept with this guy after getting drunk at a very popular club that she had snuck into. She told him the day after feeling guilty, but in a fit of rage he beat her until she couldn't move and left her.
An hour later she died and Jongdae was blamed for killing her even though he only beat her until she couldn't move. He went to jail for a few days until he was bailed out and forced to go to a different type of jail.
There, he really had to be on his best behavior if he wanted to be free once more. He was given a medication known to him as the "happy pill." This is what causes him to be the person you know him as today.
