Jongjin is cold hearted as much as he is a trouble maker. He grew up spoiled, and actually used to be a pretty good kid. But somewhere down the line, he became the blunt and harsh person he is now. He is one of the most feared guys on the streets, while also the most envied. He could arrange death for whoever he wanted in a matter of seconds. He partakes in drug and foreign weapon sells as his main source of income. Because of how powerful he is, rival gangs are always out to kill him, but he lives with no fear. 
 
Jongjin has a long line of royalty, in a sense. His strong bloodline runs far back in being the Leaders of the System, and because of their brute ways, may be the reason the system is so corrupt. The sad thing about it, Jongjin couldn’t care less. He likes having power and control over weaker minded people. Which is how he able to run the Government so effortlessly. He doesn’t mind to get his hands dirty, but would much rather have his workers do it for him. The one thing that gets under his skin the most are traitorous Government employees or citizens who become rebels, and would rather deal with them personally. .
