jaeduck's always held a special place in his heart for the sick children, and since he doesn't have any of his own he finds it enjoyable to make them happy whenever they're feeling down (as if he hasn't been doing anything behind the scenes). 

tl;dr after a car crash that resulted in the death of his little sister jaeduck began to feel the insatiable urge of caring for children, esp. those that were sick like she was. at first just volunteering was enough, but he needed more - and that's why he began the kidnappings.

FATHER [ NC-17 ]

it's you - then again, it's always been you. throughout his time at the hospital jaeduck has studied your little quirks, habits and compulsions, finding you to be the perfect candidate of 'father' to his latest victim.
