Description

Position: Master Gunner/Minstreal

Background: Thailand was her home once, but even she could admit that life there was terrible, and the economy . It was even worse for their small family, since the supperstitous beliefs of their area had believed that her mother to be a witch (one of the reasons why her father left) and was brutally killed with her two children watching. Maybe she was a witch, but not in the sense they believed her to be, because Lisa knew that her mother loved to study chemicals and the affects, she was essentially an alchemist but far too early for her time. Lisa had learned from her mother's notebook and from seeing her work when she was still alive. This was the way Lisa and her brother had survived, she would create gases that would poison the air while they stole money or food.

As they grew older, Lisa continued to experiment creating posions, flammable substances and even acids until she finally made a commonly used substance - gunpowder. A combination that was used to the fullest with the help of her brother, a skilled welder, who worked at a factory. Again their crimes became well known in their town and the country that pirates heard of the sibling duo.

The pair was being weeded out of their own country, and left with no other option but to join the pirates, revealing the truth behind the crimes. Lisa's talents became well known and useful on the ship, she even took up welding but more specifically used her talents to work for the pirates on specific hits. During one of their trips at sea, they were caught by an enemy pirate ship with her brother held at gunpoint. It was then that they were betrayed, their crewmates had not cared about his fate and more than willing to give him up in exchange for their own lives. Lisa heard the gunshot from her lab, instantly she became furious and purposefully set the enemy ship on fire and attacked the pirate with a poisoned metal bar. It was tough to say whether her brother survived but she hoped he was dead because it was a better fate than any other alternative.

It's been a few years since then, Lisa was no longer the naive teenager she once was and continued her life as a pirate. She knew no other life for herself and if there was that small bit of hope that her brother could find her if she remained a pirate, well no one could blame her. Lisa's talents easily made her a Master Gunner, experienced with the complexities of the weaponry and how best to use it, her intelligence shinning through. But like before, she knew that there was more thag she could do so she would pose as a e, or an entertainer and occasionally as a worker with the royalty. But she was best known as a dancer and the music she could play with any instrument, her exotic features capturing everyone's attention.

Personality: Lisa knows that she must have a strong backbone to be able to bear the brunt of being on a ship with mainly males. And she knows that physically she may look weak, and to make up for that, especially after what happened to her brother, she keeps needles hidden on her body that had been poisoned if ever the other pirates became too much. Besides her usual knife and gun, she knows the rumors on the ship speculate that she's some sort of witch gone mad after losing her lover (close, but it was her brother) and she can't find it in herself to care about them anyways. As long as they listen to her orders as the Master Gunner, she can't find it in herself to truly care, and simply does her job on board while experimenting during her spare time.

Lisa's personality is mainly her frank and honest when speaking her thoughts usually only when necessary but even then she stays to herself on the ship. She continues to experiment and create new weaponry, finding joy in every new finding. She enjoys reading books and a collection. But when she is posing as another person, she is kind and slightly flirty, playing up her mysterious exotic background and remains demure. Otherwise, she would adjust her personality according to the job given to her.
