He doesn't remember much of his childhood, though he does remember being raised by lovely parental figures who protected and accepted him. He's almost certain they weren't his blood parents, but that doesn't really matter. he remembers staying with them until he was 16, when they got separated. they hid him with a trusted werewolf friend as they were being hunted, and fled. Kihyun isn't entirely sure where they are now, but he doesn't hold any grudges against them for leaving. The werewolf lady was nice enough, if not a little scary, but she kept a roof over his head, and kept him fed. he moved out once he had the money to, living in a small, fairly shabby apartment on his own. He currently works at the mystic shoppe, hiding in plain sight, so to speak. 

Kihyun is fairly quiet, a polite kid. he isn't very close to anyone (as of yet) but he is kind to all, even if they are mean to him first. it truly takes quite a bit to vex him, but if you do, he will not hesitate to retaliate. He's not one to hold grudges, however, and is too forgiving, something that most definitely will him over in the long run.  he's airly confident in who he is as a person, but still has his bouts of insecurity,, especially on particularly feminine days, as he gets especially uncomfortable with being referred to as male. kihyun is nonbinary, but is fine with he/him pronouns, so long as people understand that he is not male.
