Hakyeon's mother was a e that his own father pimped out himself, and his father worked as a drug lord.
hakyeon never gave much thought to his parents profession, just glad that it gave him a more than comfortable living while he was growing up.
hakyeon's relationship with his parents wasn't that great. his father would hit him, and his mother would have a nanny take care of him instead of doing it herself.
the first encounter Hakyeon had with his parent's work, it was when his father decided that he was old enough to start working himself. at the age of thirteen, his father started selling his services to older men.
As hakyeon grew up and turned the age of 21, he was finally let out of ion and became a procurer instead, working on the other end of the business. as a procurer, hakyeon took care of his workers. he wouldn't let anyone abuse them, and he wouldn't force them to do something they weren't comfortable with.
when he finally got arrested for his business, it was on two accounts. One for procuring, and the second was because he had killed a guy who hurt one of his workers.
he was sentenced to life on the island.
