Being dragged out of his bedroom on his Nineteeth
birthday by a group of men in bold, black uniforms
that would haunt him for the rest of his life wasn't the
way Kyungsoo imagined his life would go. Anything
leading up to that moment hadn't trained the terrified
boy and he could only wish he'd never seen the look
of disappointment and disgust on his mothers face as
the cold air soon hit his body that was covered in
nothing but a thin shirt and boxers. The male, only so
young and prestigious, had an entire life ahead of him
that was ripped away like the cream colored bed
sheets when they got him. No lawyer, no justice..
Nothing but his things recklessly thrown in a plastic
garbage bag and brought to his new life in the Dome.
He was never even told the crime he committed, nor
why they accused him for it when his alibi made
complete sense that all he did the evening before was
work the night-shift at the local restaurant. Not even
his own mother came to say goodbye to him after all
the years she had put her time and effort into making
him the best son he would be. And so, Kyungsoo sat
out a whole year in one single room, consuming food
and water only when he felt himself perishing away
until he had enough. He wanted revenge. All the
sadness he faced and anger that had built up over the
past year was ready to be unleashed and all he
needed was a little help in doing it.
