gray was a quiet person. socially awkward, introverted, but kind and always tried to help others.
despite spending a most of his childhood in the luna island with the yin clan, he knew he didn't belong there. he didn't enjoy their methods or the morals they stood for.
he prefered an honored and honest work life, even if the money was just barely enough for a comfortable life, than being rich, and dishonest. his past with this father teached him this quite well.
aside from this, gray was what you'd call, soft. he doesn't enjoy violence and blood, but you shouldn't underestimate him either, since he knows his way with people, and learnt quite a bit from his previous life in the other pack, he doesn't enjoy being disrespected, and won't let just anyone do it and get away with it. he stands his ground, and doesn't allow others to step on him or his friends.
when it comes to his friends though, if people manage to gain his trust, which is hard due to his past, he'll treasure them a lot, and make sure to always keep them by his side.

sunghwa was born in the luna island, formerly belonging to the yin pack. just like many other families on the island, they survived through illegal means, his father being the head of one of the biggest weapon manufacturing businesses on the island. he had a lot of men working for him and being loyal to him, and all that eventually lead to him trusting his own luck too much, and going against the regulations established wiht kim kai himself, in order to make more money out of his deals, and trusting that he wouldn't get caught.
he ended up bringing his wife into the mess, asking her to do small tasks for him, as to keep himself on the down low. after all, who would suspect a woman would be doing the job for dirty weapon manufacturing.
eventually, something in his plan went wrong, and one day, his father got a warning at home. his mother had been killed because his father broke the deal, they'd come for his father afterwards, and most likely they'd come for him.
so sunghwa was quick to move. packing his bags and anything he needed and moving out of the island, unsure of whether or not he'd be accepted by the other pack, but that being his best option.
as soon as he arrived at the island, he was well recieved. there were a few questions asked about his past, but he managed to dodge with a good plan well thought out in his head, and he was allowed to stay in the solis island, and join the yang clan.
