krystal was born and raised in america, in a patisserie family. her father is a chef and her mother a baker. there was no doubt that she loved to do both, but what she loved the most was to make desserts. once she got to her sixteenth birthday, she designed and prepared her own cake and impressed her family and friends with her innate talent. after graduating from high school, she decided to entrust her life to baking and began her major as a pastry chef.

success came to her as soon as she became a professional. with the help of one of her professors at the univeristy, she opened her first pastry shop called 'noir et blanc'. she specializes herself in small desserts, starting from macaroons and cupcakes to shortcakes and cheesecakes. since then, she has in mind to open another store whenever time and god permit it.
