ABOUT.

Shiah isn't your typical mechanical whirring android within the society, she was created and programmed to serve under the Government's (specifically RLO's) commands. Interestingly so, she takes the appearance of Doctor Yoo's late, human daughter, Yoo Shiah. The cause of her death is unknown, but due to never yet saying goodbye to her, Doctor Yoo based the Shiah android off of her personality traits and looks. To the RLO, an android was /still/ an android, but realizing the advantage they'd have with an android Shiah and human Shiah, they utilized Shiah as their 'secret' weapon. To the human society, she'd be known as the human version of Shiah to thwart suspicions, but to RLO, she went undercover to pose as a conspiring Deviant, only to retrieve information from them.

PERSONALITY.

Since Shiah was never "raised" and was rather quickly constructed together, her speech is considered formal to others. She maintains a polite stance and doesn't radiate alarming signs for anyone to battle with her. Due to being under surveillance and obedience of the RLO, she tends to not speak unless spoken to and stays balanced within a situation. Though, this could change if she were to be rebooted from the RLO headquarters. Once rebooted, she will go into immediate defense mode and strike at anyone that isn't registered in her database. You'll find her to be a formidable opponent with her updated physical strength of that of an RLO android, and her eye spitting accuracy.

HUMAN.

Human Shiah was an all rounded woman with a long future ahead of her until she was pronounced deceased. She was studying to follow in her father's footsteps and to take on the world of technology, finding it his skillset to wire together a working android together admirable. As she grew up without a mother figure, it enabled for her and her father to have a healthy, loving relationship. When she was discovered to have passed, he put together the Shiah android and was heartbroken to learn of the RLO's plan to use her. Presently, he isn't allowed to speak to her until they've 'used her up'.
