it was just a day like any other when you suddenly get an allergic reaction which you react by screaming at chaeyoung to give you the allergy pills in the green bottle before your throat closes in. being colorblind, she hands you the wrong bottle which then lands you in the hospital. but don't worry, chaeyoung will stay by your side and feed you pudding.

after much thought, chaeyoung finally decided to step out of her comfort zone to go on a blind date. set up by her friends, she goes to the meeting place looking for the "boy in red". you, obviously not in red, is mistaked to be the colorblind girl's date. you don't let her know that you're the wrong person and go on the date with her. but why? is she your type? were you also on a blind date and thought she was your girl? or do you have another reason to continue to decive her?

chaeyoung can only imagine colors through the emotions other people have explained them with. as a result, the definitions don't really match up and eve a bit sad. however, she's searching for someone to take the time to explan what all of the colors of the world looks like through the lense of positivity rather than sadness and anger.
how would you describe the color red? or blue? or green? to chaeyoung, all the hues and shades of the world only come in forms of black, white, and gray. the photography student was born with monochromacy and can only imagine colors through the words of others. the abscence of color never really bothered the artist. you can't miss what you've never had, but it has increased her appreciation for the beauties of the world.
her generously rich parents have offered to pay for expensive surgeries to allow her to properly view the world in color. however, an 8% success rate was not worth the risk. instead, she used her allowance to travel around the world which sparked her interested to capture everything she sees in her photos.
compared to most trustfund kids, chaeyoung is pretty approachable and generous but don't you ever forget where she came from. money is a dangerous weapon。

the sun and bright lights because her disability makes her sensitive to strong light。heat。 sweating。the dark cause it makes it especially hard to differentiate shades.

an only child 。tends to be hesitant with others (the absence of color makes it hard for her to read people/situations)。
