Jiwoo can induce love into others, including the love for her or love for another person. Effects will vary depending on her mental strength. Thus, those subjected to this ability may develop a strong infatuation for somebody but will remain in control of themselves, or they may feel so much love for somebody that they have an intense desire to make them happy, becoming completely submissive to them.

Similar effect with a tranquilizer, except it makes the target too infatuated with Jiwoo to even move when she is around. Lasts for about 5 minutes and is triggered by a flick of Jiwoo's fingers towards her desired target.

If Jiwoo could come close enough to her target, she could whisper to them to do her a "favor". This only works if they had been previously hit by Cupid's Arrow within the last 24 hours. Jiwoo could only use this technique twice per month on the same person. The effect usually lasts as long as the person until the favor is complete. Jiwoo could use this to make a person become infatuated with another person as a favor to her. Such favor would only be hindered if someone with a trance breaking power or another emotional and chemical manipulator would interfere, or if a strong contradicting emotion like loathing and being vengeful is triggered.
