• Ten grew up in the rough southern section of Thailand, which was as much a 3rd world country as it having a caste system. Politics made Ten’s family very low on the food chain, his mother working in full-time servantuide to an upper class family because of his father’s debt (which they weren’t allowed to question, despite not knowing what he did). Ten know his way to escape was to be educated in multiple languages in secret (servants/slaves were not allowed to attend school past 6th grade). But Ten worked hard, and suffered much to get himself out of that hell-hole...at the cost of his mother’s life. She was burned to death because they found Ten’s books. 

• Lost but not down, Ten traveled far to get refuge in South Korea. Arriving in Seoul because of his language capacity, Ten’s heart harder than stone, and he refused to let others abuse him. He needed power.
