So what's the daughter of a successful businessman and an well sought after accountant doing in a field like the social sciences and the arts?

people often wonder how can someone have so many hobbies and interests, knowing the most random and often times concerning information, and enjoy it. See, being an only child can be great- sometimes. their wish to keep her busy while they did their work may have worked at first. she kept to herself, keeping busy with how to paint pretty things, how to dance along to the artists she sees on tv, how to understand what they were saying without subtitles. it worked to their joy. 

truth be told, these passions kept her occupied when her parents couldn't tend to her. finding solace in people she meets through her activities be it online or offline. Finding a mother figure and father figure in those who guided her through her passions. even if her parents provided her with the materials and means to get to where she was now, it just didn't fill in that emptiness. thankful but it wasn't enough.

even if she tried to speak up about her other needs, their off handed comments make her swallow her insecurities and just front a smile. they never raised a hand against her but their words have made up for the absence of physical discipline. She swallows all her pain and does as she's told, might as well Be that poster child of good grades and hobbies for her parents's friends. 

Fast forward to the senior year high school, she couldn't find solace in people her age in school. not even when she wanted to ask for help from her parents. she swallows it and opts to ask for a chance to try out a few other activities. They give it without question and it leaves her the chance to stay out longer, stay away from demons in the guise of teenage girls. 

fast forward to the dreaded entrance exam season. a deadly season for everyone especially the students. it was rare for them to argue, her wanting not related to the maths and business like them, them wanting her to follow their footsteps. Maybe their way of keeping her busy had backfired. The discussion turned into a full blown argument between both sides. even if she got what she wanted, it had caused damage to their relationship. THey still support her financially as it is their duty but any more was out of the question. 

fast forward to university and she's now a student majoring in communications, while being a part time dancer. Even if she gets financial support from her parents (which can be seen by what she uses on a day to day basis), she makes money on the side in order to soon become independent. She doesn't complain, rather she doesn't want to complain, to speak out about her wishes. She swallows them. Lets her actions do the work that she couldn't. This was better than anything else she supposed. 

ironic isn't it? someone who doesn't know how to open up about their needs, taking up communication arts. someone who would rather swallow her thoughts, taking up communication. someone who was often ignored, loving how people watch when she dances. someone who was quiet, breathing fire in a studio. It's all compensating for what lacked in the past. SHe just hoped she could make a better future for herself.

ONE. senior in university so replies and everything are sporadic.

THREE. Gmt 8+ even if my sleep schedule is Whack.

She dances on her own a lot. granted she takes a few gigs here and there to make some cash on the side, while being a dance teacher sometimes. She does get lonely being on her own, though she assumes it's better than being in a team where she wasn't welcome. you on the other hand, wants to create a piece and so far yeeun's the only one that you can think of that's perfect for the piece.

yeeun had to study hard in order to juggle everything. Unfortunately, there were times where her work got the better of her, causing her to lose track of her studies and papers. She leans on you to help her keep track, trying her best to not freeload (though it sometimes happens, she does make up for it) and still stay on top of her game. if it weren't for you, she would be crashing and burning everywhere. the same goes for you and her. (Can turn into a friendship outside the classrooms or something more)

being a workaholic has its perks but it also has its cons. She doesn't really try to relax or even unwind after a long day other than sleeping and staying in her room after a long day. She doesn't really feel herself get too exhausted either, how can she? she loved what she was doing. On the rare days she does try to relax, it results in a long burn out. You on the other hand can be her complete opposite-- preferring to have fun instead of work, or someone who knows how to balance work and play. So seeing her always on the go, always working, you wanted to help her but her stubbornness made it hard.
