STORYLINE: Hoseok was a toddler when the Dividers took control of the city. He hardly remembers the chaos and gangs fighting for their territories. What he did remember, though, was his parents picking him up from kindergarten together as they flitted through the streets, burying him in their arms. Or that he couldn't play outside for months and one afternoon when a crying mom kept calling somewhere watching the news about a burning building, and next weeks without dad reading him bedtime stories.

When he came back, he was different, he was there physically, but his mind was absent, with burns all over his left arm and neck, and his smile slightly distorted by a pink scar on the left side. He learned much later that the building where his father worked was set on fire by a member of the Viper group, that many died, with only few survivors, including his dad. He listened attentively as his father told him about the brave policeman who broke down the door and pulled him out of the burning building.

That was a spark he needed. He wanted to be like that man, who saved his dear papa. He worked hard to achieve that, and when he finally graduated from a police school, he swore to protect those who were too weak to do so.
